Bioactive Gym – Refund & Returns Policy

Memberships

  • Direct Debit Memberships:

    • Members may cancel with one month’s written notice.

    • A 7-day cooling-off period applies for new Direct Debit members, starting from the date of induction.

    • The first month’s payment is non-refundable.

  • Prepaid Memberships:

    • Non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • No refunds will be issued for unused time.


Classes & Personal Training Sessions

  • One-off classes or personal training sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [insert your gym policy: e.g., 24-48 hours] before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.


Digital Products (Recipe Packs & Meal Plans)

  • All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.


Shop Items / Physical Products

  • If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within [insert timeframe: e.g., 7 days] of receiving it.

  • Bioactive Gym will either replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

  • Items returned for reasons other than fault or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
